Glad I pre-ordered this! I hope Funi. realizes all the money they're losing by keeping most of they're "uber collectors editions" in house. Norogami, Space Dandy, Free, Freezing, would have bought them all if you had them Bob, I refuse to order from them mainly for that reason. If Funi. wont let you carry it, I don't need it. :-)
Although I sure as hell hope you get your hands on the C.E. of Black Lagoon for Nov. I may have to break the "pact" over that one! :-)
We have been bitching at Funi endlessly to bring all of their CE's into the retail channel - at least with the Indies like us similar to what they did for GiTS Arise and Kamisama Kiss.
I did talk to Funi's national sales manager on Friday and she confirmed that we will be getting the Black Lagoon CE. They have not set an MSRP on it yet (I made a couple of suggestions there) but they should have it nailed down and the pre-order info out to us in a couple of weeks. Soon as we get that we'll add it to the store site for pre-order.
Sweeeeet!! Cannot believe I'll be TRIPLE dipping for this! Have the original Geneon releases, Funi's first release, now this. Oh well what can I say, I'm a sucker for "girls with guns".
Or rather, "VERY scary battle hardened women with guns, knives, rocket launchers, ANYTHING sharp, make Jason Vorhees piss his pants in a crowded street at high noon on a Tuesday", kind of guy. :-)
