Kids React to Old Computers...

My first computer was an Apple IIe just like the one in the video. Mine had the fancy '80 column' card upgrade and I eventually rocked a double floppy drive. Everything was text command prompt driven. A mouse was something you caught in a trap. The net was something you had to get the ball over. A hard drive was a trip you took over a bumpy road. We had Wordstar and Visicalc, and played Wizardry on it all day. We wrote programs in AppleSoft Basic and Fortran. Floppy disks were still floppy and real pirates weren't afraid to touch the shiny parts.

Seriously, what else did we really need?
