...And the biggest highlight for this one would perhaps be 'Last Exile--Fam, the Silver Wing', which people seem to have been really waiting for. I know I was (also still waiting on Tenchi--War on Geminar and Michiko @ Hatchin)

Still no Blu-Ray release for Railgun?

I was really hoping Kadokawa had learned their lesson and ended their foolish Blu-Ray embargo...

It always makes me wonder why Funimation just doesn't lower MSRP's on everything at the time of its re-release and not just re-release it. Wouldn't it be easier and more cost effective to do it that way?

Price discovery takes time. You start at a higher price and only lower it if it doesn't meet sales expectations at that price level. They only do this for titles that don't meet sales expectations. The rest get put into the regular Classic / S.A.V.E. edition re-issue cycle. The customers that have to have it right away will typically pay more, while the customers that don't can be picked up down to road with a price reduction or re-issue.
